ALMACO commits to systematically recruiting promising students to help them develop their skills, mainly in the growing modernization business, in order to become ALMACO employees after graduating.
ALMACO will collaborate with different schools and programs in several countries, to formalize a model where promising second- and third-year students are offered a part time job at ALMACO alongside their studies. Besides from being a tool for offering unexperienced students a chance to develop their skills, the trainee program is a strategic tool intended to secure a resource pool for ALMACO´s growth. The trainees will provide fresh perspectives and latest teachings, opening opportunities for continuous improvement and innovations in the company. The students will get an insight into working within ALMACO while being trained in ALMACO’s products and fostered into our business culture.
